Information we collect

We only collect what we need to help you, including:

• Contact details you provide (name, email, phone) when you book a call or request the checklist.
• Information you choose to share during a consultation about your Medicare needs.
• Basic, privacy-respecting site analytics (no advertising trackers).
• Which pages get read: when a page has been open and in front of you for a few seconds, and again if you scroll through it, this site records the address of that page — and nothing else. It tells us which articles people find worth reading. There is no cookie, no identifier of any kind, and nothing that connects one page to the next: two people reading the same page and one person reading it twice look identical to us, and neither can be connected to you. We honor your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting here even though nothing is being tracked.
• Which link brought you here: if you arrived from a link we posted — a social post, our Google listing, a podcast episode — that link carries a short tag naming where it was posted. Your browser keeps that tag, the page you landed on, and the date, stored on your own device. It is not a cookie, it is not shared with anyone, and it cannot tell one person from another or connect to anything you have done elsewhere. It is only ever sent to us if you choose to submit a form, and then only so we know which article or post led you to get in touch. Clearing your browser’s data for this site removes it.
• Chat assistant: we keep a count of how many messages a conversation had and whether it ended with a request for Martin to reach out. If the assistant could not answer a question, we also keep the wording of that question so we can add a proper answer to the site. We do not keep the assistant’s replies, we do not keep questions it answered, and none of it is linked to your name, your device, or your IP address. Chat records are deleted after 90 days.

How we use it

• To schedule and conduct your free consultation.
• To send the resources you requested and, with your consent, helpful follow-ups.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed insurance brokerage.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. You can unsubscribe from any communication at any time, and you may ask us to delete your information.

Please don’t share Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, banking details, or health information in the chat — the assistant is told not to ask for them, and anything sensitive is better saved for your private call with Martin.

Your choices
